    No, I'm curious,

Is this a "customers" bike you ran with a "glowing header"?

You're not making a lot of (no) sense here, and giving bad advice on top of that.

No wonder you're having so much problems with your R, if you think what was shown in the pictures is perfectly fine and you clean carb jets with a torch tip cleaner.
I would have to give you the whole story to make any sense. I'm assuming you don't know what a torch tip cleaner is, but they're great for cleaning very small precision hole (like you would find in jets)

I love ramming torch tip cleaners thru my soft brass precision drilled jets. Its way more fun guessing what they flow instead of using the littler numbers they have.

Yes indeed, but when guys hear plug chop their eyes roll in the back of their head and they start puking pea soup (kind of like when you say "pressure testing"). Figured I would give the steps rather than the title.

The brass is hard enough that you would really have to work the jet to make any difference. I'm not suggesting you humid in there and actually enlarge the hole i'm not suggesting you jam it in there and actually enlarge the hole just use it to lightly clean the jets.

yea, that's leaner than a yoga convention.

you need to fatten it up about 3 sizes to start. that should get you in the ballpark. remember the main is just 1/2-wot throttle. the low to mid is needle/mixture with idle jet. looks like she runs fat down low and thin up top.
picture a turkey. fat body and thin next. that is what you got. you want to lean the bottom out some and thicken the top to be more of a Pamela Anderson style.

if you want to manually enlarge the hole, get yourself a set of piano wired drill bits off ebay. should be around $10 for 3-4 sets shipped. you can then put the bits in backwards into the jet hole till you find the size and then drill using needle nose and a paper towel holding the jet. use the needle nose to turn the drill bit. remember in those the drill bits are about 1.5 sizes in each direction. so if you want to go 3 up as discussed. go 2 sizes on the bits up.

    God speed!!!!

Then get a new exhaust and try again. It pointless to try and tune a turd. Good filter, good header, and some kind of muffler then begin tuning. Otherwise pee directly into the moving air.

10-4! Hopefully now there will be 2 or 3 fewer that get that look on their face and can actually connect the two.

There may have been a Pork Chop at one time, but we do have a very cool and talented guy that goes by Iron Chop and he knows how to perform a Plug Chop and I am sure he can BBQ a mean Pork Chop too!

Pork Chop is Ironchop's son. I've met them both at TrikeFest. If I remember, he fouled a plug in his Tecate. Maybe we should have called him Plug Chop instead.
