timing chain tensioner leak? 250sx - pic added

Seem to have developed a leak I have noticed on my 85 250sx at the timing chain tensioner ....or around it. What causes this and how do I fix it? I have not touched the bike since it was rebuilt

The stock bolt had a flanged head and between the flange and the tensioner is a rubber sealing washer. It looks like you have a screw in the hole. What you need is an 6x10 flanged head bolt and some sort of rubber washer. See items 8 & 10 as a reference. http://www.partzilla.com/parts/searc...NER/parts.html
