1984 Honda ATC 200s help!!!
I went out on a mud trip yesterday with my buddies and I kept throwing my chain so I'm pretty sure its stretched. As we were leaving I was rolling in second gear and my machine died on me. So I got off to pull start it and it would not start at all. After a few tries I couldn't feel compression at all it was just free rolling and then the pull start locked. I took it home cleaned it up and pulled the pull start off and the engine wouldn't rotate forward until I rotated it backwards . then it rotated fine. So I put the pull start back on and the compression felt good but it wouldn't star . Then it got easy again and locked to where the pull start won't move. Idk what could cause this.any help is appreciated.

Dose it have the decompression system?

Is there something wrong with the cam chain tensioner?

Sounds like valve problems... Be careful forcing it to turn

I know the cam chain needs to be adjusted

its weird that it would happen on a roll as that shouldnt cause any kind of valvetrain problems but what your describing sounds like it
