What are you looking to do? Are they damaged? Do they leak?

they are ground off. just bought it and thats how they were
What part is ground off? The valves themselves may be the same as the ones used in tire valve stems. If the whole parts that the valves screw into are gone, you may have to buy new ones.
Tap new threads and use valve stems maybe
If the fork caps are still in decent shape, you can remove them from the forks, drill out the old valves, and install metal valve stems. If it doesn't work, it sounds like they were pretty much destroyed anyway.

As always- Everything I post is IMHO.
I just did as these guys are suggesting. Drill and re tap and use a thread in Schrader. I couldn't find one the same height as the og so I wasn't able to use the plastic fork cap but it works great other than that. 1986 250r
