    Atom Universal Electronic Ignition system

So... This is not only real but works. Surprisingly well.

So I tore my wifes Christmas Special apart to help me troubleshoot some ignition issues I'm having and I want to fully comprehend how all of this magic works.
Well I start tearing into it and half the ignition components are missing. I'm like... So it's cdi... but where is it?
I pull the plastics and tank to find this "hidden cdi". All there is is this damn blue thing. Man this bike runs great too.
Turns out this is some as seen on tv technology that evidently never took off. I'm gonna order a few blues to match hers. I've never been interested in jacking around with points/condenser anyways.
Basically this is a points/condenser simulator in a solid state. Unlike a CDI which has a timing curve to increase performance/decrease emissions in addition.Click image for larger version.

So to all of those of you having points/condenser issues, I say delete that garbage and replace it with one of these.

I bought a cdi conversion 4 years ago and it failed last year. Seller seems to be trying to help me figure out which part failed but I'm just kinda like... 35 bucks and I can be done... Anyways I thought I'd share this with "you people".

I had one on a old 18" lawn boy it worked for a little while but it must not liked the vibrations, I end up switching back to points.

Hers has a blue one, Im going to order a pink one and compare reaults. Evidently color affects timing

Hers honestly is the best running 70 ive ridden in a long time. It runs just like my brothers cdi converted 70.
