What do you mean torque the pipe down? It has 2 springs on it I have the bolts that hold the pipe to the frame tight. I may need a gasket where do I buy one can't find it? I bought a tube of red rtv but couldn't bring my self to do it yet lol.

Oh sorry, for some reason i was thinking it had bolts holding it down like 4 strokes. Sorry for the mistaken assumption Sir. Im not very well versed in 2 strokes. Didnt realize they all have the spring get up until i just read about it lol.

Had a run in with the law so I didn't get to rid it very long today. I forget it was Wednesday when I rounded the corner seen a couple people in the church parking lot and a cop car but no cop. Riding real slow I went down a ways and turned around by that time the cop was standing by his car flagging me down. He said how would you like me to take that you better get it of the black top I replied yes sir.

I know what I was doing was against the law and he let me go I'm think full for that. I live on a county rd golf carts, gators, rzrs, tractors, dirt bikes , drag cars, off road trucks, are on my road all the time. I bet 2 or 3 cars in the church parking lot had expired tags and inspection. He was not on duty he was at church he could have just minded his own business. I bet he thinks he saved my life and the lives of others lol.

I was never planing to ride on the road a lot and ruin my new tires just trying to tune my bike.

Definitely rich on your idle, probably lean on main

I don't know if y'all can tell how it's running? If you can stand to watch the video. The first part is where I forgot to choke it and the last part is pulling the choke to show how it runs with the choke on.

I would say you are rich enough. Leave main alone and move needle clip down 1. And get some grips!

Ya I need new grips a better camera and more practice riding it.

Now I can move on from the hole cutting plugs up thing for now.

I may try 1 more size up on the main and see how it runs later for now I'm tired of taking the carb of and cutting plugs.

It does seem to sputter around 1/4 to half throttle I'll see how it is after I move the needle.

3,4,5 seem to pull pretty hard something seems off with 1st and 2nd. Mostly 2nd.

Oops, I told you the wrong direction. Move it up 1 clip or lean the needle. See if that clears up your bog.
