Customer brought me a 1983 atc200e and said it needed the carburetor cleaned .
The motor only idled , would not rev .
The filter screen was completely clogged which starved the camshaft for oil and this is the result

That cam looks similar to 350x cams and other larger Honda XR motors after a oil filter change and it was installed backwards.
