Question Help with wide crown, long staples, pneumatic stapler....

Hey guys, I'm fixing my Toy Hauler. They used staples EVERYWHERE....

I got the floor done, but I'm onto the roof and walls now (I got it dirt cheap but man was the past owner an idiot); Just a little COCK here or there and he would have been just fine. All kidding aside:

The staples are about a 1/2" crown or top width. They are from 3/4"s to 2"s long and I cannot find anything. They are not a T-50 that Lowes just tried to sell me. I am stuck with this fastner method in some places. All Lowes had was a floor stapler with a .5625 or .6250 wide crown for flooring. I'll need various length staples as well.

I need this tool 1X, and a few different lengths of wide crown staples. Dad suggested a "rug stapler", but that did not help in my search.

Ebay, Amazon and a Google search were not much help. so, if you know more than I found, please share it with me. I don't need a 200$ gun for 1 job but if that's what it takes, then so be it.

I have 6 weeks to get this done. Weather and other problems will get in the way. However, all the freedom I have is incredible......

Just please chime in if you know where to get one, thanks very much!! Any link or help is greatly appreciated!!

Have you tried the rental stores near you? Or harbor freight is Cheap. I have a finish nailer/stapler that uses 1/4 crown. What you need is the kind framers use-it's bigger. They aren't cheap at the local power tool store or building supply. Have fun with your project! The Hitachi N5010A standard crown stapler fires 1/2" crown, 16-gauge crown staples, 3/4" to 2" in length. Features Hitachi's next generation "Industrial Design".

All I can tell you is,,, they are used EVERYWHERE in mobile homes/trailers. The factories eat them right up. A mobile home dealer with have what you need, but a brad nailer will probably do about the same job, depending on what you're holding together.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

ALWAYS buying Museum quality machines,3 and 4 wheels. And any and ALL ,NOS parts,EVERY brand.

I am turning my PM's Off,my Email is billsracing@hotmail.com,put 3WW in the subject. Thanx!

Trust me I feel your pain these are staples pulled during our trailer remodel. And we're not done yet.I've run into a bunch of the staples you described, I've never seen any more like them either. Click image for larger version.

Are you doing a concourse restoration here? Why does it need to be exactly the same? You will probably wreck it on the way to trikefest any way.
