83 Honda ATC200E strange noise when turning over

Hi guys, hope someone can help, I picked up this 83 ATC200E, not running due to CDI issues according to the previous owner, changed out the coil and the CDI, I haven't try to start it up yet as I get this strange noice when turning it over ..... https://youtu.be/dkRStTUrj_U ...... don't wanto start it up if this can cause harm. my first response is "yikes!" Hard to say from a video but rod bearing comes to mind.

That recoil pulls way to easy like you have no compression . Time to pull the motor and pull the top end off to inspect the issues .

My money is on piston to valve contact.

Might be a mistimed cam or worse.

One thing I did notice when the carb and exhaust was off is that is blows out the carb end of the head, more than one the exhaust end when I pull the recoil ... could it be that the timing is just way off?

Another thing I just thought of, I don't think it made that sound when I first got it, I might be wrong but can't be 100% sure ... I did however adjust the valves over the weekend .... could it be that I did this wrong and now have valve to piston contact?

Ok so I did a decent inspection to figure out where the sound is coming from, double checked my valve adjustment and it is 100% (0,05mm on TDC) - I did notice the CDI is aligned on "T" and not the "F" so not sure if this can be that my timing is out by a few degrees ... I was watching the valves when I pull the recoil starter, it makes that sound everytime it release a valve so on the top stroke and the bottom stroke, but the sound comes from top of the head ... any ideas? I don't want to pull the motor as gaskets here is non existant and 99,9% of ebay do not ship here ... so def wanto elimate all options first.
