Just a quick idea here; if your plug is white when driven on the street, it could be b/c you are not hitting the throttle hard on the street(Street = less rolling resistance = less constant throttle usage) if it seems rich in the field, you may be opening the throttle more to overcome the resistance from the dirt/grass/rocks whatever. It may be running lean at low throttle position openings and rich on the mid/top end. That would be the idle jet or dirty carb. I know you have cleaned the carb, but if a single speck of rust from you tank or junk in the fuel gets in the carb it can clog the small passages right away (Even right after a good clean - happened to one of my bikes, caused a long search before it was found since I had already cleaned the carb very well). If you are not running a fuel filter between your tank and carb you should and clean the carb again. (I know it sucks but it is just an idea)
EDIT: thinking this trough; if you hit it hard on the street and just put around in the field, it could be lean on top, depends when you are hitting it harder will identify where the lean and rich is located.

For Wednesday 13th I pretty much didn't do anything.
Thursday: was trying other things to do since ban on Wednesday. Stoves ceramic burner top caved in. Replaced it with the new one we bought a couple months ago.
Friday: hopped my ringnecked pheasents would come in the mail...Never did.
Saturday went to the auction. Bought 3 bull calvs that were born the day before. Bought a pregnant dwarf Norwegian goat. And we Billy goats.git home loaded them into the bard and one if the Billy goats got away and went over the hill side... I jumped on my 200x with no avail to capturing the loose goat.
Sunday: lured the goat home by using its brother as bait. Rode around on my 200x in the field till dusk.
Monday: just a usual day. No pheasents in the mail.
Tuesday: cooking eggs and come to find out that the fridge condescer went out. All the freezer food spoiled. Oh well we bought new appliances a couple months ago for our remodel. Spend 30 minutes getting the heavy SOB out of my house. Then 10 minutes getting the new one back in....
Wednesday: Spend 30 minutes getting the heavy SOB fridge out of my house. Then 10 minutes getting the new one back in.... only to find out there was a kink underneath the house for the water dispenser...guess who was vetted to go under the house and find it? Me of course. Found the kink. While finding it I killed about 20 man-eating spiders and 2 centipedes. Got out from under the house and the fridge had water in the dispenser after bleeding the air out
After all that I rembered that my ban was lifted. Then got the bad news that my pheasent got back ordered for another week
