1985 Tecate and 1986 250R Prices!!

Hey, looking at starting another project or adding to my collection. What is a near mint 1985 Tecate worth these days? Since my knowledge on tecates is rough at best, I would like to know also which years are more desirable. As far as the project is concerned what would a decent shape 1986 250r go for? right out the gate i know that i have to replace the rear axle bearings. I was able to buy an 85 250r a year ago for $1200 and dumped about $2k into it, so really I am just curious where the market is at right now.

A mint 85 T3 I'd expect 2500 from. But a mint 86/87 they fetch 6k sometimes. Or more.
