    Cool Can-Am Trike!

So I was just sent this picture of a Can-Am three wheeler. Something I've NEVER seen! It's about the size of a 110 honda. I know a 250 2-stroke Can-Am was in the works right before the ban, but never heard of a smaller one. This looks even earlier then the 80's too. He has it torn apart for a rebuild currently. The guy hasn't told me anything else. I'll give ya more info as it gets to me.

There say a picture is worth a thousand words. Not so much with this one. Do you have any other photos?

It looks massively overbuilt for a small 3-wheeler. Are you sure it is not a piece of industrial equipment with Can-Am stickers slapped on it?

Give us all the info you get on it! It looks like something I saw at a swap meet a few years ago but it could be different. It was yellow and had similar decals but the guy had it set up with snowmobile skis so that he could hook it up to his snowmobile and use it to haul firewood and what not.

They are still producing them today too. Popular with construction material rigs they attach to the back of the truck bed for easy unloading. The single wheel is in the back. I'm sure most guys have drove behind one on the highway and never noticed it.

Your right. Use one nearly every day. They're called Moffitt lifts.
