Hi, first post here! I will make an intro thread tomorrow when I upload all the pictures of my 3 wheeler. I have a 1985 250sx that I've been fixing for trike fest this year and I've made good progress, but my starter reduction gear is all chewed up and I can't find the correct part number for mine.
It's the electric starter reduction gear that looks like two gears stuck together, with the smaller gear having 16 teeth and the larger outer gear having 43 teeth. All of the ones I have found so far have more teeth on the smaller gear. I think I'll be able to find one once I know the part number, but if you know where to find the gear for sale online that helps too.
I can post pictures of the gear if needed.. here is a picture of the 250sx the day I bought it, it looks a lot different and more original now.
