    200X front tire

Just looking to get some pros and cons on front tire options for an 85 X. Im thinking about going to a 22x7-11 front tire. I personally just think it looks better, plus I'm going with some 18x10-8 Artrax MXT-R's on the rear That i just ordered. So i think itll look better with a shorter tire. Any opinions? Pros and cons of the shorter tire? Or just stick with stock size? Riding is mainly flat, field type areas, flat trails, possibly MX tracks. No big obstacles/rocks/trees to go over.

http://m.ebay.com/itm/New-Sun-F-ATV-...951?nav=SEARCH was looking at possibly one of these. Not huge on the brand, but the pattern matches up to the MXTR rears pretty good. They look pretty close

    Kenda K284 K284
    do a google search.
$40+shipping and it's yours, it about 18 years old so it was done back in the extra ply days.

Thanks. I actually have like 3 oem tires that are still good. I shouldve been more clear, but i meant should i go with a shorter tire, or stick with what i have now. Thanks for the offer. If i end up needing a new stock style ill give you a shout

change over to a 10 inch rim, file your caliper and get this.

This is a great tire: https://www.hoosiertire.com/racetires/gg_pat_b.jpg

That looks good. Im interested in trying something different on the front of mine.

I need something that hooks good on hardpacked dirt and rocks.
Bigfest problem with the Kenda styles I have is getting the rront wheel out of ruts going down hills.

+4 trx300ex @ 49.50" wide I ran a 10" front wheel on my last one and used a 23" front GBX X rec tire...it grabbed like nothing else, also too much bit.

I ride tight trails also and my narrowest bike is 48.25"

In my opinion the front tire needs to be something that works with your riding needs. Are you racing MX? Are you riding trails?

I dont actually race, but yes an mx track nearby, the majority is mainly flat open areas, and flat wide trails. Central Fl. Thats all we got haha

Ok, if your a guy that is aggressive and really knows how to ride then the maxis front tires are great. If you are not an aversive rider then the duro CX like is your ticket. It has knobs that stick out at an angle on edge of the tread and help grab in the corners more.
Those are what we use for MX racing. TT is well completely different never done it.
