Rear fenders interchange between ATC185 and ATC185S?

I'm pretty sure they do but I need verification. Tried the search but didn't have any luck.

I don't know for sure but...

Aren't the 185/200 series a bolt on fender with a separate seat and the 185s a latch on fender/seat combo?

Going off my hazy 20+ year old memories though...

I honestly do not know. I am not as informed on the 185/200 series hard tails. If that's the case, that would certainly seem to add up to a "no" answer to my question.

I don't have either model to have a look. My sister and brother in law just picked up a nice little trike for my nephew and niece. Pretty sure it's a 185s. The person who owned it prior to the seller fixed it all up pretty nice, but it wasn't 100% done. It has no rear fenders on it at all right now. They want to get fenders on it to make it a bit safer for their kids and I'm helping them with the hunt.

    81 - 83 185(S) will interchange -but NOT the 1980 ATC 185 -it has a trunk (2 piece fender)

The 185 and 185s are identical overall. Fenders also are identical. They will mount the same between the two. Only major difference between the two is one has suspended forks and one doesn't.

The only 185 is a 1980. It was more of a orange than red. It shares absolutely nothing with the 185S body wise. Your answer is no Joe, they are different. The S has 8 inch rims, and a tiny little trunk, the 185 has a huge trunk and 2 piece fenders. The ATC 200 81-83 may exchange with the plain 185, they are similar, but I have never tried,,,that I recall lol.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

    Have to disagree.
185 is fender with seat pan only
185s is fenders with the foam

ATC185 and ATC200 will interchange. 81-83 185s are their own bird. Never tried swapping 185s fenders with anything else but they look like 110 fenders to me. Once the 200s came out in 84, the 185s was no longer produced.
