    Job done, turns out my next door neighbour re-covers pool tables, has a air stapler, my seat accepted the staples with no problem, seat recovered, looks good execept the pre painted lettering doesnt quite line up, but hell, im cool with that.

    finished, foam had sunk a little at the back, and custom cut "yoga matting" layed over seat foam.
