Maybe toasted rear wheel bearings or a de-laminated rear brake shoe?

You say the diff is ok..

Rear brake separation is the next most likely..friction material came off the shoe and jammed up the drum locking the wheel.

Time to get off your computer, go out to your trike..take the right rear wheel off, remove the brake drum.

The problem will fall out in your hand.
