Could someone give me some details on the sizing difference between an '84 Vs '86 ATC 200X barrel, as in a '84 model, compared to the '86 barrel. I am re-lining a cylinder on an 84 model, but the only sleeve's i can get are for 1986 model, wondering if they will fit?

I believe length is different between the 2. The piston is nearly identical as Wiseco has the Pistons set to work with 83-87. The head chambers are slightly different and from there things are different.

You may want to contact Mickey Dunlop at Four Stroke Tech. He has been working on the 1st generation 200X and recently developed a big bore kit for it. I know he had to resleeve the cylinder and you might ask him what he used.
