The forks are worth a bit if they are in decent shape. Replacement fenders are as rare as hen's teeth (or as we say around here, people teeth). May be best used as parts, but hard to determine without a pic.

Is the tank clean? I'd take a careful look at your strap in this picture, and let it make the decision for you

If you can get it cheap enough, you should be able to make some coin by parting it out. I call dibs on what remains of the seat and front fender ...

$5 says she purrs like a kitten when fed a little juice. $50-$75 you would be fine, probably more.

Owner says it is set up. Maybe a lil bit of mystery oil will free it up ?

yea the chrome rack is kind of rare. I knew it was an option but never actually seen one on a bike. I don't know if i would save it. But honestly my 200m wasn't much better when i got it. However my rear fenders where in amazing shape and the gas tank was perfect on the inside.

    The front end looks tweaked.

At minimum for parts to folks that would be grateful to have them

Leave it in the truck if you can, and drive down some bumpy roads for a few days. That worked to free a locked motor on a Honda CB500t that I picked up on C list. If memory serves, I used Kroil in the cylinders, and left the bike on the truck for 2 weeks. BTW, congrats on the new toy!
