    I have problems whit my honda 1984 atc 250r

    HELLO FRIENDS , I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY MOTOR 1984 250R ATC HONDA , rebuilt OF THE TOP piston brand new rings , new spark plug , new packaging , put 32 : 1 mixture , and I have a muffler custom check if I have spark and have , turn to the first kick without problems , the problem is that I do not get the optimum , you sound like garbage revolutions , clean the carburetor, everything seems fine , and made ​​a small ride and does not run well ,tengo chispa, tengo mix gasolina nueva,tengo bujia nueva , tengo compresion en el piston ,tengo el carburador limpio ,que esta mal , ayuda por favor?

    Hello and welcome to 3ww.

    It's difficult to understand the specific problem you are experiencing (no offense) but it sounds like you may have a jetting issue you need to dial in.

    Also 32:1 is very rich on the fuel mixture. I run 44:1 in my 85 R and it will still load up and foul a plug every once and a while.

    Another topic all together, but you don't have a fuel/oil ratio issue, you have a jetting issue. You can run em at 20:1 if you dial in the jetting accordingly.

    And in all actuality, 32:1 is probably the #1 most recommended ratio by the best 250r builders for most applications.
