    Polishing Plastic Fender

Does anyone know where we can send plastic fenders for polishing and removing scratches? Do they come out very good? Can find NOS OEM Front Fender for 1985 250SX, bike in showroom condition except for front fender.

    Thanks,

    Ray

I don't know if anyone polishes fenders and other body plastic, but Mr. Clean does a righteous job on plastic tanks!

If you don't mind putting in some elbow grease, try this:

I used this method on the front fender of my 350x and it turned out pretty dang good. The World Class Help section of Trikesylvania has a ton of useful stickies.

Ya there are several, most just don't do it for others, because it is very tedious and isn't cost effective. It's a labor of love.

There are tutorials on this site.

Get on youtube and watch how they do plastic tanks. I do it to my plastics and it works pretty good. And yes it's very tedious but well worth it.
