The 3 ESR cylinders, that I've seen, have all come from ESR with iron sleeves.

They are not plated. Just hone or bore like am oem cylinder.

Looking at their website, they only talk about their CNC ported iron sleeves. I don't see any reference to Nikasil plated aluminum cylinders anywhere.
