    Valve lash troubles 250 SX

Hey guys I had a quick question. I've set the valve lash on my 250 SX by the book. It seems like everytime I ride it hard for a while it starts ticking again and I have to reset it. Couldn't find any information and any other threads. Built the motor from scratch myself this is it's not a huge deal it's just annoying that i have to set it every other time I ride it. They don't look worn out and short of using Loctite I don't have any idea

A lot of times its the adjustment screw or boss that's damaged.
