    1986 trx125 ignition problems

    Hey guys, i was trying to see if any of you had encountered this before. My wifes atv was running great last week. While it was running i shut it of and tried to start it back up a minute later. It wasnt starting so pulled plug out and no spark. I went in the garage today and just pulled it see what would happen and it sparked for probly 4 pulls, then nothing again! Ive never encountered this and hoping some of you could help me out thanks!

    Try another spark plug and check wiring connectors and grounds. You can screw the spark plug cap off, then strip a 1/4" off of the spark plug wire with a razor blade and reconnect the cap for a sure connection. Thats where i would start.
