Two years ago, I wanted an ATV to putt around my little farm. I started checking out ads and found that even used quads were a little more than I wanted to spend. I noticed three wheelers for cheap. I remember when I was young, there was a farmer down the road that used a Honda Big Red to get around his farm and so began considering a three wheeler. I found a 200S and paid $400. I found it was a ton of fun and so bought another one for my son. The first ATC came with a trailer hitch so I bought a little yard trailer. It sure has been handy. After awhile, I started growing tired of the pull string starter and lack of reverse on the 200S and decided I wanted an SX. I picked up the pictured SX two days ago and I spent yesterday fabricating a hitch for it.

Thanks! I am feeling very fortunate to have found one in such good condition. The seller told me they had had it for 12 years but never used it. They bought it lightly used from a friend with the intention of using it at the dunes but wound up only using their quads. The only blemish on it is there is a little surface rust here in there on the undercarriage and a little on the handlebars.

Today's project involved shortening the tongue on the trailer hitch on my 200S. The pictured tongue was on it when I bought it but it stuck out too far. I was constantly knocking my shins into this thing and it got in the way of wheelies. Today I cut it shorter and rewelded it.

Your story sounds like mine . Wanted something for hunting . Quads were to much , forgot about 3 wheelers , but found a 200s really nice bike . Bought it , then wanted an upgrade . Sold the s , and now have 2 big reds and a 85 sx . Great for hunting , cutting wood and such . Enjoy .

Nice machine! Yep that's why I got into trikes, lot cheaper than quads for sure. Now I'm hooked.
