Narrow rear tires and rims

Hey everyone, just bought my first 1985 big red 250es to use on my tree farm. I'm trying to make the trike as narrow as possible to fit down the tree rows. The trike will not be used on slopes or trail ridden, simply used to pull a atv type trail mower down the tree rows. I've learned the rims needed are 4/110 but am curious is anyone know or recommends a tire/rim combo that will make the trike really narrow. Thanks in advance, this is a great site.

what rim size. prob gonna have 10" wide tires as narrowest. you could flip rims inside out prob.
