    That thing sounds really cool!

Do you have some form of a jet kit, or are you going to buy separate jets?

What type of needle do you have?

My 86 250R is bored to 66.50 (barely over stock) and has all the stuff done to it.

    I use a #52 pilot/#180 main and a DEJ needle 4th clip down.

The same motor with a light port job, nothing done to the head and pump gas used #50 pilot/#175 main and the same DEJ needle 4th clip down.

This may not be that much help but.... Its something.

It is a stock flat slide carb from a 86 cr250r .. Main jet is 172....pilot is a 60.. needle says R1368N I'll look it up .. called bdt motor sports but I said 1983 and they kept trying to hang up hahaha...i would like to buy individuals because it would be cheaper than buying a custom jetting kit. Starting to look like my best option though
