I have a Kawasaki klt200a duckster. I'm trying to remove the clutch cover in order to get the starter chain back on (i have removed starter) . I'm not sure the exact process, and I certainty do not want to break this aluminum cover. I have removed all screws but it is still sealed up. Any help appreciated.

You could try to tap on the edge of the cover with a rubber mallet or a dead blow. Don't use anything hard or you could damage something and have it not seal when you put it back together.

I am not sure if something else needs removed before cover will come off. The clutch arm goes up through the botom of this cover too .
