I just want to put out a huge thank you to wonderboy, Frank, for helping me out with my carb, obviously issues and obviously my son had it apart after or before I took it back. Gas tank issue is solved, found a guy who knew my dad. Also, thanks to all and everyone who responded and the wishes and thoughts. It means a ton, and... It'll get that trail trip up north with my son while I still can.

Not yet, finished up replacing OEM grips, a few clamps that needed it, seat foam under original cover, some misc things, OEM tires are here now, just waiting on original tank ro be finished up, local guy who knew my Dad owns a radiator shop is doing it, and Clark tank the salvage yard was red, I want white, so a white one isn't here yet. It'll run, was a issue with my son attempting to rebuild a carb, it's right now and coating on inside of tank was a mess. Here are some pics, most things are on iy except tank, tires and 2 clanps. Then I'll fire it, I actuall put a small amount of fuel in a line. No choke, sun was warm, fired right up second kick, then stalled, choked, ran nice, choke off, ran until bowl emptied. So after this week, everything will be complete, except metal tank, out this week if all goes well for factory paint color and decals, then the much not wanting to do clutch change, with OEM cable, test ride, polish up and a for sale sign I think.
