Odds are, many of the settings are already correct. If it ran well before the piston went, it's probably good. Once it's assembled, do a leak down test. This will verify the engine is sealed up and that you wont get a bad reading when trying to tune it in.
If it ran like crap, that may explain the reason why the piston went, coulda been a leak. Possibly never tuned in. Eitherway, leak down test.
As for ignition timing, the manual will state were it needs to be set. It may not even be adjustable.
The Picture only provides ring information. Those are rings fit wiseco 67.5mm 1985 ATC 250r. Thes ealso fit the 89 trx250r. The 88 and 89 trx use a different piston, but the same rings.
