Glad you got it! You're in the Stud's radar now so you're in good hands ;-).

I bought a top end rebuild kit off ebay (cylinder, piston, rings, wrist pin, cir-clips and gaskets) for my 73 ATC 70 and I couldn't be happier with the fit, finish and price, $69.00 US to my door shipping included. It's still running like a top after 3 years. How can you go wrong?

I have used the marine vinyl from the fabric store before and it does work very good. How exactly did you do the foam? Did you basically lay it over the pan like you do with the cover, or did you try and carve/shape it in any way?

Stud, I'm going to try to bring back the fenders I have. I'm trying to invest as little as possible, because I really want to flip this thing before Christmas for max $. As much as I hate to get rid of it, I really need the money to get a big red for the farm.

I got all of the frame components and exhaust painted today. I'm hoping to get everything reassembled tomorrow and ready for the top end kit to show up Tuesday. It's a very delicate dance trying to sneak out and wrench with a newborn in the house.
