1985 honda 200s recoil parts

So does anybody have any information on purchasing an obsolete part for my 1985 Honda 200s recoil starter?
Its a Hook plate rubber part number 28484-958-010 goes into the plastic housing for the decompression assembly. Trying to rebuild my recoil starter and its no longer usable. i have tried ebay, Dr. atv, Atc heaven and vintage motorsports. Any help would be great.

Count yourself lucky I need the whole assembly was missing when I bought the bike. Seen several rebuild kits on eBay though. Try dirt brothers for it I'm waiting on their reply on my recoil
