I need to know what these 4 tabs on the back of the head light do. I only have so many peices and tried to look online on partzilla.com but they do not show anything on the back on what these mounts are for? Are they even needed?

I think there are some round rubber grommets on the metal frame that the two open "C"'s clip onto. The other two I cant remember.
