Well........if I remember right......I don't think it would even fit the stock grab bar on my 85 350X......but maybe I'm mistaken. I'm pretty sure it didn't fit the 1st gen 200X but it may have fit my 2nd gen.....I can't remember.

It's about 3/4 inch from what I can tell so minimal grinding could make it fit on anything.......but the mounting holes are close.

My DG is thicker than my stock (I'm assuming it was stock) not by much but it is. Also the stock was a bit longer and had a bend to it. Could be very early aftermarket. What do I know. Lol. Either way it's a nice rack for someone who wants it.

Today I pulled the old 200x out and filled up both back tires as they both do not hold air now and decided to get going on this. It has sat for a little while just collecting dust.

I'm going to clean it up since I filled the front master only to find I forgot to install the lower brake line and it leaked everywhere.

I'm going to go with Shawns tire recommendation.

    Back to this......

I had this kick starter rubber from my old Yamaha that I decided to put it on the 200X........so it would be a tick softer to kick for my wife. I had to boil it in wintergreen oil for 20 minutes and apply dish soap so it would slide on........and even with that it barely went on

Then decided to fix the o-ring around the stator. It doesn't appear different in size but up close there is a nice difference. I'm hoping it stops the leaks. If not I will just live with it.

I went with a cheapo duplicolor spray for the engine guard......no prm here

Haven't purchased any tires yet but I need to. After I cleaned the dust off the bike this little slit was bubbling with air.

I know I had recommended the scorpion tires for you knappy , I just swapped mine out. They ran really small. I went to a maxxis m9209 all track. A bit more aggressive but still 2 ply. But true to size.
If you want I have some 20" scorpions on rims I'll make you a hella deal on. Pm if you want. I'll snap some pics. There 20" but are really about 19"

Only problem with the Klaw is there 6 ply. Maybe on something that has a pro link and upgraded suspension but there just to stiff especially for a light bike like a 200x. Also heavy and you don't have a lot of power to spare.

Oh, everything I looked at on the old inter webs said 6. Even 4 would be stiff on that bike imo. Just a preference I guess. I didn't even like 4 on my 350. Too stiff. Guess next time we'll just ask you what we should do.

I think they would work for me. I kinda wanted to keep 22 size but some nice wheels would be sweet

Your in the I.E. right? Me and my wife are always going to Vegas. This weekend we are riding up there on the goldwing but in 2 or 3 weeks after that I could take the truck?

4 ply tires that size would not be "stiff" on that bike.

2 ply tires are beyond lame.
