Ride pictures of where I live

I'm not sure if I have ever posted any pictures of where I live. These pictures are of 2 different locations at 25 miles and 64 miles one way to drop off. Enjoy and please don't move here

    Thanks for your comments.

Here in Eastern Idaho. I am 60 miles from Wyoming, 120 miles from Utah, and 90 miles from Montana. I live at 4800 feet and the pictures are at 5000-6500 feet elevation. We have 2 feet of snow on the lawn now. Honda's are put away until April.

Whats the story on the tunnel? Is that the other end i see or my eyes playing tricks on me?

We had a great place to ride in a creekbed that crossed over to a railroad bed and covered bridges and the old railroad tunnel

Drunks burned down the covered bridge and that was the end of that. Cool pics, beautiful place!

It is an abandoned Union Pacific Railroad line with the mentioned train tunnel.. The line/trail is quite long. I have ridden it most of my life.

No exaggeration guys, I have ridden a few thousand of miles on this line and adjoining gravel roads. I love living here. You can get off of it and ride all gravel roads with 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers and auto's all on the same roads. We have a "Share The Road" policy here for ATV's and vehicles. Literally hundreds of miles to ride there. As you can see, we snowmobile there also. Very close to home

Here are some pictures for your question. They can answer it better than I can.

We are around 6500 feet here. This trail leads to a mountain peak that is just right at 10,000 feet above sea level. I don't have the pictures loaded here but sometime I will try to show the pictures of the trikes and golf carts at 10,000 feet. They run good up that high, but do sputter a small bit though. I will try to do that in the next week if I can get to it. So check back from time to time. Plus, don't let me forget!!!

Your 3 wheelers are "put away" until April? Ugh. I'd go through withdrawals if I had to go that long without riding--it's hard for me to go 2 weeks. That's the great thing about living in Arizona. It's sunny and 70 all winter long.

We have 2 to 3 feet of snow on the lawn right now. Withdrawls don't happen to me anymore!!! Buy yes they are put away with the 3-Honda 300EX's. As for the trikes, 2016 didn't ride them, 2015 rode them once 75 miles. 2014 we rode only one of them one time only. I have pretty much retired them. But will take them for a ride from time to time. Usually a 75 to 100 mile ride. They are very nice still.
