Australia Day Ride.

Here is a few pictures from the 26th January for our annual eastcoast trike ride day. Was a pretty good turnout this year even though the weather was not that great. Unfortunately the dunes we ride at (Stockton) is becoming heavily regulated these days. Has taken the fun out of it, I can see it going downhill quickly. It's gets me that they are allowed to mine the sand but make it so hard for us recreational riders to have a bit of fun. Like an atv causes so much damage to a dune system [emoji849].

What ever happened to foreverthreewheels? Is that his blue 2nd gen in the pics? I always loved that bike! Haven't seen him in the boards in forever.

Well yeah they are few and far between but there are still a few getting around and it's good to see. A lot of them are locked away in private collections, or a lot left to rot and never be seen again. Yep that is Bens (forever3wheels) blue trike. He is still around and his trike is running real well, fastest trike I have ever ridden that's for sure, doesn't go too bad for a old Airey.

Yeah Mart was up there, that's his air cooled 250r and atc70 on the trailer. He still does get into his lair and does his magic on everything, he is a genius that bloke. thanks for the kind words everyone, the 350x got a good flogging but she always gets washed down once I get her home! The sand is good, the bikes stay relatively clean!

Yep, Australia is on my bucket list. Not looking for dunes as I don't have a sport machine, but to ride the dingo fence on a BR; sign me up!
