Hey guys. I am wondering how I would tighten up my 83 Honda 200x kicker I replaced the spring inside but it just keeps flapping around when I ride. How would I fix it?

I have the same problem with my 83' 250r kickstart lever, tried every shop, every scrapyard, no other kick start lever seems to fit. I'm at the point where I might just get one fabricated, but that will be as much as the trike is worth.

it should be just the spring. I have the opposite problem mine is tight as hell.
