Installed some Love Jugs yesterday to try to help keep things cooler. She's been overheating with the warm temperatures we've been experiencing lately.....hopefully this helps a little.

Today I put New Kenda Bear Claws on th front of my 2003 Honda Recon. Next I put handlebar mounts on th Recon & my 85 Honda 250SX for Garmin eTrex Vista GPS units. I love th old skool GPS units as trip computers. Then I "repaired" the Recon seat with spray on Plasti-Dip. She only had a tiny section of seat damaged. I put on three coats. It's my first time trying this. I hope it works. I plan on riding the Recon tomorrow locally.

edit: The Plasti-Dip did work and adhered to the exposed seat foam. I did ride the Recon today for 5+ miles in deep woods that are mountainous, swampy, muddy & rocky. The Bear Claws up front did very well. I did two small river crossings later also. That washed some mud off the quad. My GPS batteries crapped out while riding in the first few minutes. I powered it back up & it lasted a couple of miles. I had a Good Day Today!

Welp. Just came off my week of vacation on Lake Huron. Weather was good. Rented a cottage for $1400.00 CAD for the week. It had a nice open area on the main level. Basic cable, wifi, 2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms. city water and sewer. We were not right on the water but just across the road from the water. Beach pics are from just down the road with the sand. I know some pics will be sideways. Sorry about that. Looks good when I post.

Just finished burying my shop cat. 26lbs of pure evil. Spent his nights hunting in the farm fields behind my house. My dogs found him last night five feet from the only tree back there. Coyotes are out of control around here. Gonna miss him. Planted an apple tree over his grave.
