how do i change them on my 350x shocks. there is no oil in them rite now. also how much oil and what kid do i put in each side.

Get a manual, read it and then ask a lot of questions here.
Make sure you have a good allen socket for the damping bolt on the bottom and remove it first before anything else.
Not a hard repair but lots of ways to screw it up so I suggest you do some homework first.
