    I put one in a 85 200X taillight.

    Still going strong. Pretty bright.

I only remember spending $10 for two of them but that was three yrs ago so I could be wrong

Try www.superbrightleds.com I have used them on a bunch of vehicles with good results. They have a wide selection for each bulb type but you have to figure out what color and beam pattern you are looking for. If you call them they might be able to help you. I have had some sealed LED tailights on motorcycles before. While I love the fact that they produce no heat, look crisp and great, and only use 1/10th of the energy to where you could leave the running lights on all night and the battery wouldn't be dead. However LED brake lights don't look as bright too me as incandescent in bright sunlight but do look brighter than regular bulbs at night.

A customer gave me 2 for free.First thing noticed was that my brake light was only like 20-30% brighter now than the tailight. No good.
Then after one full rpm run the they died.Went back to the old stuff.
Also had these ones in my fiat barchetta spider.Same story about bad brake light. But they lasted.Anyways went back for security reasons.
To be fair i must say, these must be cheap chinese stuff. The guy had these from some kind of corvette store,whatever..
On a well regulated DC system they might be OK,i mean from a good supplier.

Probably why mine still work. I changed my system over to a regulated DC system with battery.

That's a pretty important detail... without doing what you did, and automotive 12V LED bulbs isn't going to work on a 200X (or 350X, or 250R).
