I'm not sure what you're trying to say Ghost, lol. So you bought a runner/roller for $750. I get that, but $500 for that scrap pile is absurd. PA isn't "the land trikes forgot" and it's not Canada. I live in Massachusetts, same amount of trikeage as you guys. That's not a $500 buy.

I'm not saying I'd pay the full list price (who does?), but it'd peak my interest and I'd probably try and strike a deal. People list stuff all the time for crazy prices here. I know selling is a different thing, but I haven't sold a trike in years so I don't care too much.

The way I see it is it's half a liquid R. The average 3rd gen here starts around $2,000. If I can get a roller for $300 or possibly a little more and slowly piece it together, I know It'll cost more in the end but I can just slowly build a real nice machine from the ground up and spend at my own pace rather than jumping on one.

Side note, I'm happy with my air fooler. None of that water cooled poo weighing you down and holding you back. Pure POWER lol. Wish I did have a softer rear shock though. Or a progressive spring like a works shock.

Wonder how long it's been sitting with the top end off... Plan on a full bottom end overhaul. I'd pay $100 for that, not a cent more. Yeah there are alot of parts you can sell, sure... if you can salvage them. Bottom end is worth very little more than a set of bare cases to me not knowing it's condition and how long it's been sitting exposed. Otherwise it's going to be alot of work and $$$ in parts to make it run and ride again. Been there, done that, it was absolutely fun and rewarding...but there's no such thing as a free lunch.

Assuming the frame and axle are straight. Forks are in usable condition.
Don't care about the bottom end except that it means spare parts.
Brakes front and back? A plus if they work.
I'd give $300 for it because I rarely see something like that within a 8-10 hours drive anymore.
It would be the beginning of another build.
