Trouble getting to run 1983 atc 110

I've got a question on my 1983 atc 110 I'm restoring I tried the other day starting it I've plugged the harness up correctly and all and I don't seem to be getting any fire and the last time it run was 15 years ago and I broke the frame but drove it home and parked it and it sit ever since any ideas would be very helpful

Try disconnecting the kill switch, if it is malfunctioning it could keep your bike from sparking.

Ok ill try that I ordered a whole good harness because the one I have I tried piecing together because it got ripped in half
