Is there a websote or plave you go to find stock or aftermarket parts for ghese trikes. The only place that seems to have some stuff is ebay.

It really depends on what you need. Partzilla.com (and many other sites like bikebandit) have a surprisingly large inventory of OEM small items. If you need something big plastic, eBay or aftermarket are your best bet.
