Interchange parts on 1982 Honda 185 and 1984/85 Honda 200M

I recently picked up a 1984/1985 Honda 200M ATC. I am trying to find out if there are any parts that can be interchanged from a 1982 Honda 185. I am specifically looking to know if you can use the bearing carrier and axle from the 185 on the 200M?

You can use the bearing carrier and axle from the 185, but you have to swap the entire rear end, brakes and everything. The 185 carrier will bolt right in. However, you will lose about 3 inches of width on the rear end doing so.
