Hey guys, I'm about to embark on the adventure of building a piranha 140 powered 70. Anyways i picked up a rolling frame that had already been stretched. The frame has also been painted. My question is does anyone have the vin number breakdown to determine the year of the frame? not that it much matters but I am curious. Should be a fun project. Thanks in advance!
