    Honda atc 70 value

I picked it up on trade and don't know really anything about it . Trying to find the value of it just to re sell. Someone told me it was a 73 and not to get ride of it others told me it was a trx? Just wanting to figure out what I should do with it or what its worth. It needs a lot of work to function properly.

It looks like it’s complete, so that’s a good thing, but depending if it runs and what needs to be done to it, will determine price. I live in Central Texas and I have seen the 70 priced anywhere from $175 to $1800 (with the higher end in immaculate cosmetic and mechanical condition, although I feel that is still in the high side). Realistically I would say a couple of hundred if it’s running properly.

Okay thank you for the response! The guy I got it from said it needed a stator cause it had no spark, and visually I can tell the tank will need a liner from all the rust inside.

I would check other things first before assuming it's the stator. Plug wire cap, point gap, coil, bad wire? I myself have never had a bad stator a bad stator wire yes.. Just saying..
