    Snap On MT2500 Scanner?

Will this tool perform the functions needed to bleed my ABS system on my 99 Silverado 2500?

Can I purchase cartridges to diagnose codes on vehicles newer than 2000?

I have the 99 Silverado, a 2000 Monte Carlo and a 2003 Impala. I'm hoping this tool will work on all 3.

Hopefully one or more of you guys can help me out.

    TIA!

ETA: Haven't bought one yet. Have a line on a lightly used one from a guy at work.

i was looking into one of those a while ago. I am not sure about the ABS stuff but I believe it really can't be updated past 2000. My Snap On guy told me to be patient and he would get something better in on trade. Ended up buying a much newer unit that does all makes up to 2011 for $400. The Snap On scanners are nice because they have basically built in service manuals for what you are working on. Talk to your local tool guy and he should be able to hook you up. I know they run trade in deals on scanners at least once a year.
