Welcome! and That would be the for the bolt that holds the bracket that the decompression cable is mounted on. It's not important. Also are you sure it is an 83? Honda only made the 200s from 84-86
    1985 ATC125M: Parts
    1985 ATC200S: 84 200S Bottem end, 200x Head, 200x Carb, S&S Cycle Exhaust, Wiseco 10.25:1 Piston, Reground Cam with About 1mm more lift(unknown specs).

    1983 ATC200E: Total Pile.

You'll be looking for a 6mm bolt with a thread pitch of 1.0.

Most hardware or big box stores have metric fastners.

Japanese fastners may come with odd thread pitches. 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75. when your into 8, 10, 12mm thread sizes.

nice of you to post the info for what bolt he needs he wont need it if he doesnt have the cable though. its sad how many people took of the auto decompressor and threw them away i always thought it was a neat feature and pretty advanced tech for the 80's the way it ran off the recoil. and i know alot of them broke too but i knew many kids that took them off because they thought it was cool to have it pull over with compression
