    200x front tire

My front tire on my 200x is dry rotted and doesn’t hold air. Any recommendations on a replacement?

I prefer a Kenda Front Max in the stock size. Seen here on my 1983 AutoX and my 1985 250SX with a 200X front end. I'm sure others will have different opinions.Click image for larger version.

The Front Max is a popular choice. I really like my Kenda Pathfinder K530 23x8-11 so far. I mostly do woods riding comprised of dirt, sand, some rocky areas, and plenty of roots. It also does quite well in the snow.

So, Jack, how do the work? They were the ones that I was going back and forth on with Maxxis All Traks for my AutoX. I ended up with the All Traks whicn I do love. I'm still considering the Pathfinders for my latest project. A 200X I'm going to call "In Pieces" since that's how I picked it up.

350for350, I really like them but I will admit I have less than a year of ride time on them. I'm sure I will form a better opinion of them as time goes on. I will say that they have great traction but don't break loose in the turns that easily as I'd like... but I guess any new tire with an aggressive tread will behave this way.

For a 22" tire, they handle quite well. They are more squared off and less of a round, balloon, knobby type of tire. Great way to get some better handling and still have plenty of ground clearance. For woods riding, I love them. YMMV

I use the front max also with my 250sx with the 200x front end. Great tire for steering on the trail and in the slop.
