    Did I overpay?

    Hi all just picked up an 84 250r, runs great no problems dg pipe turbine core tail, supposed 71mm bore 34mm pj carb, always wanted one, I know it ain't the 85 beast but I figured I might not get another chance so I payed 2 grand

    As far as "over paying"...

    It's your money and you bought something you wanted with your money. Unless it's a giant piece of crap that needs alot of work, i wouldn't worry about it unless you bought to flip it for a profit

    Looks good to me these bikes are getting harder and harder to find especially one that doesn't look like it been molested and is mostly original. clean it up paint some things and get a new seat cover and ride it like ya stole it.

    The over pay question, I completely understand. I gave $1900 for my 85.5 Tri-Z. Way more than it's actually worth but trying to find one isn't easy and I've always liked the Black/Red Z.
